Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday August 25, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Stephanie Ann Baldwin, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with two counts theft by shoplifting, driving with no license on person, expired driver's license and defective equipment. Baldwin remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/25/2014)

Michael Jacob Endsley, 20, of Powder Springs was arrested and charged with shoplifting. Endsley was released on 8/26 after posting a $1,000 property bond. See also (7/8/2014)

Allen Chad Fields, 28, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and a head light violation. Fields was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,760. See also (6/1/2011)

Jonathon William Ferrell, 33, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant out of Haralson County. See also (6/11/2014)

Horacio Vail Gomez, 37, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license, improper left turn and improper right turn. Gomez was released the same day after posting cash bonds totaling $1,980. See also (10/31/2013)

Katrina Jarrard, 53, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by deception. Jarrard was released the same day on a $3,100 OT bond.

Nicholas Jordan Kielma, 19, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with shoplifting. Kielma was released on 8/26 after posting a $1,000 property bonds.

Joseph Travis Lindsey, 17, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by receiving. Lindsey remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set.

Kimberly Mae McDaniel, 28, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant out of Haralson County. See also (5/9/2014)

Ingel Morales, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license, no seat belt and failure to obey stop sign. Morales was released the same day after posting cash bonds totaling $805.

Justin William Oliver, 25, of Rockmart was sentenced. See also (5/7/2012)

Samuel Ricardo Thomas, 32, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with third degree cruelty to children, reckless conduct and battery. Thomas was released on 8/26 after posting property bonds totaling $3,100. See also (1/24/2012)
