Leodegario Torres Avila, 46, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and speeding. Avila was released on 8/26 after posting two property bonds totaling $3,440. See also (2/8/2012)
David Dillon Cart, 21, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with child molestation. Cart remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (arrest details)
John Marshall Chappell, 25, of Hamilton was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court on a speeding charge. Chappell was released the same day after posting a $320 property bond.

Richard Earl Pace, 54, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with public drunkenness. Pace was released on 8/24 after posting a $440 property bond.

Marcus Leroy Young, 44, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and an open container violation. Young remains in custody at the time of this publication.
