Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday August 21, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

Akelius Vashunn Brown, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by receiving. Brown was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Clinton Lenell Brown, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. See also (6/10/2014)

Steven Chance Brown, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of meth, three counts drug related objects, three counts tools for the commission of crime, open container in vehicle, possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance, failure to maintain lane and seat belt violation. Brown remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (7/20/2013)

Tiffany Lee Collins, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with giving false information. Collins remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/27/2014)

Stacey Lane Daughtry, 43, of Cedartown was arrested by Floyd County police and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA).

Rocsheda Shantai Diamond, 28, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. Diamond remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $822 cash bond has been set. See also (6/10/2014)

Tracy Daniel Fennell, 43, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Fennell remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,100 property bond has been set. See also (7/25/2014)

Jason Lee Gable, 37, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. See also (7/5/2014)

David Wayne Glaze, 47, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with loitering. Glaze remains in remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set.

Richard Douglas Hindmon, 39, of Rockmart was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant for parole violation and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. See also (7/21/2012)

Frances Ginger Locklear, 29, of Aragon was arrested and charged with possession of morphine, theft by shoplifting (second offense), drug related objects and drugs not in original container. Locklear was released on 8/22 after posting property bonds totaling $8,100. See also (4/18/2012)

Christopher Fain McFry, 39, of Piedmont was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and a windshield violation. McFry was released on 8/23 after posting property bonds totaling $1,760.

Wesley Dewayne Smith, 32, of Plainsville was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and failure to obey stop sign. Smith was released on 8/22 after posting property bonds totaling $1,760.

Shareeda Ajuan Whatley, 33, of Aragon was arrested on a warrant for deposit account fraud and also charged with expired registration. Whatley was released the same day after paying cash fines totaling $495.76.

Lori Ann Willingham, 52, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Willingham was released on 8/22 after posting a $1,100 property bond.
