Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday August 2, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

Aspen Sophia Cox, 20, of Jasper was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and tail lights violations. Cox was released on 8/3 after posting property bonds totaling $3,000.
Brandy Renee Emerson, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of meth, possession of heroin and possession of a drug related object. Emerson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $12,100 have been set. See also (5/27/2014)
Oscar Escutia, 31, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Escutia was released on 8/3 after posting a $150 cash bond.
Wesley Stephen Graham, 27, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, too fast for conditions, no license on person, stop sign violation and probation violation. Graham remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/21/2013)
Frankie Lee Harding, 50, of Aragon was arrested and charged with DUI, driving without a license, reckless driving and fleeing/attempting to elude. Harding remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $3,648 have been set.
Laura Ramona Morris, 44, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Morris remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Cindy Lea Rogers, 52, of Tallapoosa was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, fleeing or attempting to elude, obstruction, reckless driving and speeding. Rogers remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $4,110.
John Edward Williams Jr., 43, of Armuchee was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Williams was released the same day after paying a $375 cash fine. See also (11/14/2013)
