Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday August 19, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

Rhonda Michelle Crawford, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly house. Crawford remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set.

Timothy Lester Crawford, 44, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Crawford remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set. See also (11/24/2009)

Henry Parrish Erwin IV, 43, of Aragon was arrested and charged with possession of a drug related object and criminal trespass. Erwin was released on 8/20 after posting property bonds totaling $2,200. See also (2/4/2014)

Thomas Everts-Deveny, 30, of Taylorsville was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol. Everts-Deveny was released the same day after posting a $1,612 property bond.

Kenneth Scott Gamel, 45, of Dallas was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and probation violation. Gamel remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/3/2014)

Luke Conner Holder, 17, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with party to the crime of second degree burglary. Holder remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (5/11/2014)

Kelsey Dey Pennington, 17, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with party to the crime of second degree burglary. Pennington remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (5/11/2014)

Lesbia Yadira Reyes, 32, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding. Reyes was released on 8/19 after posting property bonds totaling $1,640.

Edward Scott Short, 32, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Short remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/7/2014)

Kelsey Nicole Swan, 18, of Aragon of was arrested and charged with party to the crime of second degree burglary. Swan remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $10,100 property bond has been set.

Christopher Dennis Vines, 27, of Cedartown was sentenced to 12 months. See also (1/9/2014)

James Franklin Wilson, 58, of Cedartown was arrested by Floyd County sheriff's deputies and charged with felony theft by taking. See also (3/20/2014)
