Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

Jose L Acosta-Moreno, 38, of Villa Rica was arrested and charged with DUI, driving while unlicensed and driving on wrong side of roadway. Acosta-Moreno remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $3,172 have been set.
Thad Alan Barkett, 47, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Barkett remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $600 property bond has been set. See also (8/1/2014)
Greggory Crawford, 25, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Crawford remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/31/2014)
Phillip Edward Hollis, 30, of Aragon was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Hollis remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set. See also (9/7/2009)
Edwin Lamar Howell, 59, of Cave Spring was arrested and charged with public drunk. Howell was released on 8/19 after posting a $270 property bond.
Michael Edward Thompson, 42, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol and failure to maintain lane. Thompson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $3,180 have been set. See also (6/6/2013)
