The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

William Delaney Bowles, 52, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with hit and run, driving on suspended license and theft of services. Bowles remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $8,400 have been set. See also (1/23/2012)
Christy Raye Doub-Deyoung, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with giving false information. Doub-Deyoung was released on 8/16 after posting a $550 property bond.
Timothy Hayes, 36, of Eastbend NC was arrested and charged with giving false name and date of birth to a law enforcement officer. Hayes was released on 8/16 after posting a $550 property bond.
Martin Vazquez Lopez, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license. Lopez was released the same day after paying a $700 cash bond.
Christopher Rond McAllister, 19, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts reckless conduct, two counts terroristic threats and acts, two counts aggravated assault and one count of battery. Willie McCain, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by receiving. McCain was released on 8/16 after posting a $5,100 property bond. See also (2/23/2014)
Autumn Dell McDonald, 43, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. McDonald remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/18/2014)
Richard Anthony Pyles, 42, was booked into the Polk County jail as part of weekender sentencing. See also (1/26/2014)
Nicky Sanders, 53, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Sanders was released the same day after paying $796.30. See also (9/29/2010)
Brandon Casey Watts, 32, of Grantville was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of schedule IV controlled substance. Watts remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set. See also (6/18/2014)
