Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday August 12, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Shandia Taenara Calhoun, 32, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and defective equipment. Calhoun was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,760.

Paul Randall Lee Duncan, 21, of Cave Spring was arrested and charged with driving without a license. Duncan was released the same day after posting a $1,400 property bond.

Jonathan Keith Frye, 33, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for child support. Frye remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/27/2012)

Anquesia Renea Gray, 24, of Atlanta was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, giving false information, impeding traffic flow and use of multi-beam lighting. Gray was released on 8/14 after posting property bonds totaling $2,130.

Lakisheun Levette Hinson, 29, of Hephziba was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Hinson remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Steven Ray Hurley, 20, of Acworth was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts. Hurley remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.

Steven Shane Leatherwood, AKA Stephen Shane Leatherwood, 39, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Leatherwood remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/20/2014)

Charlie Randall McDew, 51, of Powder Spring was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. McDew remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Eliecer Nehemia Mendez-Lopez, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed (second offense). Mendez-Lopez remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,000 property bond has been set.

Angie Leigh Reavis, 37, of Villa Rica was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court on criminal trespass charges. Reavis remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/7/2013)
