Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday August 11, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Lisa Lee Britton, 53, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Britton remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/15/2013)

Tara Lynn Buczynski, 42, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and suspended tag. Buczynski was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $3,400.

Sheldon Marvelle Clark, 17, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer and terroristic threats and acts under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Clark remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $8,100 have been set.

Howard Dennis Coker, 34, of Aragon was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and probation violation. Coker remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/10/2014)

Dylan Cody Eaves, 22, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Eaves was released on 8/12 after posting a $215 cash fine. See also (12/15/2012)

Jason Gregory Hannah, 29, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Hannah was released the same day after posting a $3,100 property bond. See also (10/26/2013)

Paul Augustus Hitchcock, 31, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI by refusal (alcohol) and driving while license suspended. Hitchcock was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $4,822.

Ashley Nicole Meeks, 29, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. See also (5/9/2013)

Andrew L Pasley Sr., 39, of Cedartown was arrested per child support violations (abandonment). Pasley was released on 8/12 after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Crystal Jill Rios, 37, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Rios remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set. See also (5/8/2014)

Rubelino Ambrocia Roblero, 32, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public drunk. Roblero was released the same day after paying a $135 cash fine.

Dustin McClain Ward, 29, of Aragon was arrested and charged with possession of arms by a convicted felon. Ward remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/30/2014)

Christopher Blake Wilson, 19, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed, driving an unregistered vehicle and defective equipment. Wilson was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,710.
