The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Brandon Lee Ramsey, 36, of Dalton is currently housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals.
Amy Eileen Shoemaker, 39, of Aragon was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol and failure to maintain lane. Shoemaker remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $1,762 have been set.
Josh Eugene Smith, 24, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with felony theft by receiving. Smith remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/28/2014)

Kayla Cristina Sprayberry, 24, of Rome was arrested and charged with first degree cruelty to children. Sprayberry was released on 4/9 after posting a $4,100 property bond.
Mary Amanda Lynn Woods, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with forgery, two counts financial transaction card theft, unauthorized use of financial transaction card and criminal receipt of goods and services fraudulently obtained. Marcus Leroy Young, 44, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Young remains in custody at the time of this publication.
