Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday April 3, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Tiffany Cantrell Darden, 35, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer. Darden was released on 4/4 after posting a $1,600 property bond.

Ferlando Jose Floyd, 42, of Rome was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Floyd remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/4/2013) (2/10/2012)

Christy Frazier, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with truancy. Frazier was released on 4/4 after posting a $500 cash bond. See also (2/4/2014) (4/14/2012)

Jack Allen Garner, 39, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Garner was released on 4/ after posting a $2,500 property bond.

Joseph Paul George, 59, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. George was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Osbleider Rivera Gomez, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and failure to maintain lane. Gomez remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $1,560 have been set.

Jessie Gonzalez, 21, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI and speeding. Gonzalez was released on 4/4 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,842. See also (7/30/2013) (2/26/2011)

Kristin Breanne Holland, 25, of Roanoke, AL was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Holland remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (9/26/2013)

Ricky William Lee, 52, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Lee remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/14/2014) (1/30/2011)

Brandon Nathaniel Miller, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Miller was released on 4/4 after paying a $205.50 cash bond.

Taurean Roberts, 24, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of tools used for the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of marijuana with intent within 1000 feet of housing authority. Roberts was released on 4/4 after posting property bonds totaling $20,000.

Willie Trevin Strickney, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of tools used for the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony and possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of housing authority. Strickland was released on 4/4 after posting property bonds totaling $20,000.
