Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday April 28, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Michael Bradley Erwin, 46, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of meth, possession of a drug related object and possession of schedule IV prescription drugs. Erwin remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $3,100 have been set. See also (12/7/2013)

Eric David Guice, 32, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by conversion. Guice remains in custody at the time of this publication. A 1,100 property bond has been set. See also (6/21/2012) (1/18/2012) (2/4/2010)

April Roxane Millsap, 32, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with giving false information and driving while tag is suspended. Millsap was released the same day after posting bond. See also (8/5/2013)

Ashley Myers, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property. Myers remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set. Mary S Van Nortwick, 61, of Carrollton was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Nortwick was released on 4/29 after posting an $800 property bond.

Adrian Rangel, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple assault, criminal trespass, reckless conduct and terroristic threats and acts.
