The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Jose Gabino Aguilar-Nunez, 18, of Marietta was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding. Aguilar-Nunez was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,640.
Thad Allen Barkett, 47, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Barkett remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,100 property bond has been set.
Colin Colin Barton, 34, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving with no license on person, failure to maintain lane and a warrant for failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court on an original charge of driving with a suspended tag. Barton was released the same day after posting cash bonds totaling $596
Christy Carol Dutton, 42, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property. Dutton was released the same day after posting a 42,100 property bond.
James Michael Johnson, 50, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Johnson remains in custody at the time of this publication.
David Ethan Mullen, 24, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County on a warrant out of Aragon.
