Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday April 23, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Amber-Le Dilynn Baker, 23, of Aragon was arrested and charged with three counts fourth degree forgery, three counts theft by receiving stolen property and a warrant for failure to appear in probate court.

Misty Carter, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Carter was released the same day after paying a $135 cash bond.

Jessica Nicole Doan, 31, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Doan was released the same day after paying a $285 cash fine.

Billy Wayne Hooper Jr., 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Hooper remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $135 cash bond has been set. See also (10/31/2011)

Joshua Douglas McCall, 21, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with fourth degree forgery and theft by receiving stolen property. McCall was released on 4/24 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100. Juan Lanear MCCrary, 49, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA). McCrary was released on 4/24 after posting a $25,100 property bond.

Floyd Dewayne Olinger, 35, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Olinger remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set. See also (1/16/2014)

Corey Deshawn Price, 17, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with first degree burglary. Price remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $4,100 property bond has been set.

Edwin Gutierrez Sanchez, 23, of Rome is currently housed at tbe Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals. See also (6/8/2010)

Derick Lesley Sibert, 43, of Hiram was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Sibert was released on 4/24 after paying a $290 cash fine.

Jasmine Denise Snow, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with endangering a security interest and false report of a crime. Snow was released on 4/24 after posting two property bonds $2,100.

Isabel Velasquez-Tercero, 27, of Chatsworth was arrested and charged with false statements and writings. Velasquez-Tercero was released on 4/24 after posting a $1,100 property bond.
