Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday April 21, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Osiel Reynoso Aguilar, 31, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to maintain lane. Aguilar was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $2,960. See also (11/30/2013)

Joshua Keith Bragg, 27, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with forgery and probation violation. Bragg remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/25/2013) (9/19/2010) (11/29/2009)

Matthew Shane Bright, 22, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Bright was released on 4/22 after posting a $1,010 property bond.

Lucio Contreras, 54, of Lawrenceville is currently housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals. See also (meth found in box of Frosted Flakes)

Michael Paul Finnegan, 34, of Fairview is currently housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals. See also (meth found in box of Frosted Flakes)

Jessica Shay Hall, 24, of Dallas was housed at the Polk County jail for court. Hall was sentenced to serve 2 years. See also (4/3/2012) (DFACS takes custody of baby after meth was found in car)

Zachary Seth Jay, 22, of Aragon was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Jay remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,000 property bond has been set. See also (3/21/2014) (1/9/2014) (1/30/2012) (9/9/2011) (8/23/2009)

Shannon Lee Mount, 35, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Mount was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond. See also (7/1/2010) (Grady Road Bust)

Keri Diane Nichols, 28, of Chatsworth is currently housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals. Nichols remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (meth found in box of Frosted Flakes)

Wrenn Killian Taylor, 23, of Ladson, S.C. was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. A $500 cash bond has been set.

Alejondro Zamora, 25, of Sandy Springs is currently housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals. Zamora remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (meth found in box of Frosted Flakes)
