Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday April 20, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Christopher Todd Cason, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with aggravated assault (FVA), false imprisonment (FVA) and interference with a 911 call (FVA). A previous bond has also been dropped on previous charges of bond drop on previous charges of disorderly conduct and simple battery. Sarah Imojean Brown, 58, of Rome was arrested and charged with endangering security interests. Brown was released on 3/22 after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Forrest Tifton Cooper, 45, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Cooper was released from charge on 4/21. See also (2/3/2012)

Yenni Cruz-Pizano, 24, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI with child endangerment, DUI-alcohol, failure to maintain lane and child safety restraint violation. Cruz-Pizano was released on 4/20 after posting four property bonds totaling $3,730 have been set.

Michael Dean Easterwood, 53, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Easterwood was released on 4/21 after posting a $300 property bond. See also (11/23/2013) (2/1/2013) (1/12/2012) (9/20/2011)

Jessica Dawn Harrell, 31, of Marietta was arrested on a hold for Fulton County where she is charged with first degree forgery, financial transaction card fraud forgery, identity fraud, manufacturing false identification document and false swearing. Harrell remains in custody at the Fulton County jail at the time of this publication.

Benjamin Joseph Harris, 37, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Harris was released on 4/22 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100.

Stanley Garfield Pugh, 33, of Temple was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), third degree cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and interference with a 911 call. Pugh remains in custody at the time of this publication. Pugh remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set.

Rhonda Lynn Taylor, 35, of Taylorsville was arrested and charged with battery and third degree cruelty to children. Taylor was released on 4/21 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100.

Jeremy Lee Tillery, 30, of Aragon was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Tillery remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,100 property bond has been set.
