Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday April 19, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Ronald Wayne Bynum, 56, of Scottsboro, AL was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, open container violation amd head light violation. Bynum was released on 4/20 after posting three property bonds totaling $4,360.

Christopher Scott Clackum, 46, of Marietta was arrested and charged with DUI. Clackum was released on 4/21 after posting a $2,000 property bond.

Ashley Rebecca Cook, 25, of Lawrenceville, GA was arrested and charged with no license. Cook remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,000 property bond has been set. See also (7/22/2010) (10/22/2009)

Christopher Nashun Garrett, 36, of Rome was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Garrett remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/9/2013) (2/21/2012)

Richard Russell Hendrix, 51, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Hendrix was released on 4/20 after posting a $440 property.$220 cash bond. See also (12/23/2011) (11/05/2010) (7/17/2010)

Jimmy Shane Keane, 30, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUi-alcohol, driving on a suspended/revoked license and head light violation. David Wayne Maddox, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol and failure to maintain lane. Maddox was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $3,180. See also (5/5/2013)

Mitchell Ryan McChargue, 29, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. McChargue remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/26/2013) (8/13/2012) (4/2/2012) (7/29/2010) (fighting while incarcerated)

Larry McColloum, 76, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and reckless conduct. McColloum was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $5,100.

Jennifer Lynn Mullins, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Mullins remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,100 property bond has been set.

Danh Nguyen, 24, of Aragon was arrested and charged with third degree cruelty to children and criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Nguyen remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $4,100 have been set. See also (3/9/2014) (3/24/2011) (4/28/2010)

Marcus Lamar Williams, 31, of Rome was arrested on a warrant out of Bartow County. See also (11/7/2013)
