Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday April 17, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Jonathan Lee Asher, 35, of Cedartown was arrested by Floyd County deputies on a warrant for probation violation.

Joe Morgan Carter, 24, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving in violation of a limited permit, driving on suspended license and failure to use turn signal. Phillip David Hood, 39, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with truancy. Hood remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (9/19/2013)

John Dallas Ivey, 34, of Cedartown was arrested by Floyd County deputies on a warrant for probation violation. See also (1/24/2013) (1/24/2013) (11/7/2011)

Brandi Ayers Johnson, 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Johnson was released on 4/18 after posting a $150 cash bond.

Michelle Lackey, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with truancy. Lackey was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Teresa Millhollan, 55, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with truancy. Millhollan was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Hayle Amanda Morris, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with truancy. Morris was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond. See also (11/24/2009)

Sarah Michelle Nolan, 24, of Carrollton was arrested and charged with first degree forgery. Nolan was released on 4/18 after posting a $2,100 property bond.

Majeania Ravia, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with truancy. Ravia was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Mathey Ladell Smith, 49, of Cedartown was arrested by Floyd County deputies on a warrant for probation violation.

Paulette Linette Turner, 35, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for endangering a security interest. Turner was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (3/8/2014)

Damon Alexander Venable, 35, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and failure to use turn signal. Venable remains in custody at the time of this publication. Venable will be transported to a drug treatment program for an evaluation and treatment per Judge Whiteside. See also (9/21/2012)

Bethany Dorothia Wiggins, 25, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for endangering a security interest. Wiggins was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (8/22/2011) (12/9/2010)
