Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday April 15, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Jacob Dowell Glaze, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with crossing the guard line with drugs, possession of schedule III drugs and a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Glaze was released on 4/17 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100 and a $300 cash bond.

Dartanyua Payun Hindsman, 35, of Tallapoosa was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of meth, possession of cocaine, intent to distribute, possession of drug related objects, giving false name/date of birth and broken windshield. Hindsman remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.

Lola Hughes, 56, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by taking. Hughes was released on 4/17 after posting a $600 property bond.

Cody Edward Long, 25, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with hunting from vehicle and hunting from a public road. Long was released on 4/17 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,700.

Joshua Kim Long, 27, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with hunting from vehicle and hunting from a public road. Long was released on 4/17 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,700.

Antonio Mejia Perez, 37, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed. Perez was released the same day after posting a $1,410 property bond. See also (1/3/2014) (6/23/2012) (7/2/2010)

Mekiel Jamal Woolfork, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Woolfork was released on 4/17 after posting two OT bonds totaling $2,100. See also (12/10/2012) (1/19/2012)
