Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday April 14, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Jonathan Clay Arnold, 44, of Cedartown was re-arrested due to a bond drop on an original charge of theft by conversion. Arnold remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Jeana Lynn Carnes, 38, of Rockmart was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. Carnes remains in custody at the time of this publication.

James Sterling Crenshaw, 32, of Atlanta was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Crenshaw remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Jessie Ray Haddock, 22, of Aragon was arrested and charged with second degree burglary, aggravated assault, armed robbery and criminal trespass. Haddock remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.

Ann Kelly, 60, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with harassment. Kelly was released on 4/15 after posting a $500 cash bond.

Christy Michelle Lee, 34, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI, open container, prescription drugs not in original container and a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Lee remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Christopher Anthony Minter, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and interference with a 911 call. Minter was released on 4/15 after posting property bonds totaling $8,100.

Ronald James Mossett, 51, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Mossett was released on 4/15 after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Lajuan Detwain Walker, 33, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for parole violation. Walker remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Melissa Aileen Singleton, 34, of Rockmart was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation.
