Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday April 13, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Maggi Breanna Aaron, 23, of Aragon was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, open container and approaching an authorized emergency vehicle. Aaron was released on 4/13 after posting three property bonds totaling $4,180.
Jamie Lyn Billingsly, 35, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court and probation violation. Billingsly remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Junior Keith Bright, 50, of Statham was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and operating restrictions for an off road vehicle. Bright remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $1,500 have been set.
Tyler David Cain, 20, of Carrollton was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Cain was released the same day after posting a $1,010 property bond.
Nikki Darlene Goodwin, 25, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with permitting unlawful operation of vehicle and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Goodwin was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $4,620.
Ryan Anderson Kirk, 17, of Piedmont, AL was arrested and charged with DUI under 21 years of age, failure to maintain lane and possession of alcohol by a minor. Kirk was released the same day after posting three cash bonds totaling $1,559.
James Michael Smith, 49, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court on an original charge of theft by shoplifting. Smith remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Robert Swank, 45, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with four counts financial transaction card theft. Swank remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $4,100 have been set.
