Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday April 12, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

David Eugene Cromer, 48, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and expired registration decal. Cromer was released on 4/13 after posting two property bonds totaling $2,190.

Robert Taylor Formby, 21, of Aragon was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts and second degree criminal damage to property. Formby remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $8,100 have been set. See also (6/26/2012) (3/18/2012) (2/25/2010)

Juan Jesus Guzman, 19, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with under age possession of alcohol, allowing another to violate state law, open container and speeding. Guzman was released on 4/13 after posting four property bonds totaling $1,940.

James Eric Holloman, 48, of Aragon was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. Holloman remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $4,000 property bond has been set.

Regina Dee King, 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. King was released on 4/13 after posting an $800 property bond.

Michael Dakota Myhand, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Myhand remains in custody at the time of this publication. An $800 property bond has been set.

Jose Anthony Pineda, 17, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with under age possession of alcohol and open container. Pineda was released on 4/13 after posting two property bonds totaling $720. See also (2/2/2014) (9/26/2013)

Sharon Renee Portwood, 48, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no insurance and suspended registration. Portwood was released on 4/13 after posting three property bonds totaling $3,790.

Marcos Rodriguez, 51, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with furnishing alcohol to minors, allowing another to violate state law and open container. Rodriguez was released on 4/13 after posting three property bonds totaling $1,710.

Ricky Hugh Studdard, 48, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with elderly abuse, simple assault and simple battery. Studdard remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $15,100 have been set. See also (1/13/2014) (12/4/2013) (11/4/2011) (4/27/2011)
