The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Donald W Edwards, 57, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by receiving, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and tampering with evidence. Edwards was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $3,100.
James Gibson, 54, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, driving with suspended/canceled registration and a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Gibson was released on 4/12 after posting property bonds totaling $5,028 and a cash fine of $200.
William Michael Kay, 22, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and stalking. Kay remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (12/14/2010) (11/6/2010) (8/29/2010)
Ronald Stratman McCain, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, tail light violation and a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. McCain remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/12/2012)
Billy Jene Parker, 43, of Aragon was arrested on a warrant for child support and a warrant out of Floyd County. Parker remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Michael Trent Suarez, 18, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and failure to obey stop sign. Suarez was released on 4/12 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,160. See also (2/8/2014)
