Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday April 10, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Emily Nicole Awtrey, 19, of Aragon was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Awtrey was released on 4/11 after posting an $800 property bond. See also (1/22/2013)

Spencer Lerone Dudley, 26, of Piedmont, AL was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Dudley was released on 4/11 after posting a $1,010 property bond. See also (8/3/2011) (8/5/2010)

James Clayton Earle, 56, of Calhoun was arrested and charged with DUI-less safe (second offense), defective equipment and parole violation. Earle remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Gloria Danielle Flowers, 19, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Flowers was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond. See also (1/22/2013)

Demetrius Quamaine Jackson, 22, of Piedmont, AL was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Jackson was released on 4/11 after posting a $1,010 property/$505 cash bond.

Charles Warren Moore Jr., 21, of Jacksonville, AL was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Moore was released on 4/11 after posting a $1,010 property bond.

Stephanie Brainn Pope, 19, of Piedmont, AL was arrested and charged with speeding, no insurance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Pope was released on 4/11 after posting property bonds totaling $1,860 have been set.

Amber Marissa Vaughn, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Vaughn was released the same day after posting a $1,400 property shop. See also (2/1/2014)

Terri Michell Watson, 42, of Dallas was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court on an original charge of no proof of insurance. Watson remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Robert Harold Witt Jr., 40, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with first degree burglary, first degree forgery and financial transaction card fraud. Witt remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $5,100 have been set.
