The Copernicus Center, located at 5216 W. Lawrence Avenue in Chicago will host the 31st Annual Taste of Polonia on September 3-6.

The festival boasts non-stop music on 5 main stages, a Kid's World Stage and of course, wonderful Polish food.  The music will be supplied by both American and Polish bands, and there will be other attractions as well, such as Club DJs, a Casino, children's shows, polka and folk dancing, Polish cooking classes, inflatables and arcade games, and a festival market place.

A special concert of international jazz will be offered, featuring Grazyna Auguscik on Monday, Labor Day at 4:00 p.m.  The Copernicus Center is accessible by the CTA or Metra to Jefferson Park Station, or by shuttle bus from free parking at Wright Junior College (Montrose & Narragansett).
