Active long before the Top Secret, Smoky was involved with another undisclosed Japanese tuning and engineering project. The videos below show all the times Smoky Nagata has been arrested. Smoky, while working with that unnamed company, also began working on secretive projects and tuning vehicles at night. These projects were always referred to as Top Secret. What an a-s-s-hole. Get off public expressways on on to a track. Or go to the Autobahn in Germany if you can't help yourslf! Your endangering puplic citizens!
So going to the Autobahn all of a sudden doesn't endanger public citizens? Autobahns are just highways like everywhere in the world (well high quality, but nevertheless normal highways)
