Police State USA, Big letter "L" Law, the S&P Downgrade and Hosni Mubarak

In High School Civics, most Americans are indoctrinated with the propaganda of the superiority of the American style of government. Most of this superiority coming in the form of individual citizens having much broader freedom, liberty and security in their persons than other forms of government.

Stories of the violent practices of the Russian KGB, the Nazi SS and Gestapo and Chinese Red Guard are used to demonstrate the alleged vulgar barbarism of other forms of Government. In touting the superiority of the American Government, vignettes about Nazi children being told to spy on their parents, Russian political dissidents being sent off to Gulags for "reeducation" or being executed as part of the Russian Great Purge and the Mao ZeDong's Cultural Revolution mass executions were the standard instruments of propaganda.

And this propaganda and process of indoctrination is so effective, that there are not many opportunities whereby one can demonstrate the systemic corruption of our Government with one example universally understandable to all.

Standard and Poors (S&P) in failing to downgrade the credit rating of various financial institutions at the beginning of our current economic crisis and, the now subsequent retaliatory investigation upon S&P by Obama for downgrading the USA's Credit Rating represents that universally understandable proof of the Systemic Corruption of our Government. But before we discuss more about the S&P situation, let us set the stage for dismantling the false perception of reality your government has indoctrinated you with. Those being the false perceptions of personal freedom and liberty.

For now lets just start by defining corruption as departure from departure from the "Rule of Law" http://bit.ly/oJA28W and

In Legal Circles Corruption is also called Big letter "L" Law and judgments based on the ”Rule of Law" is call little letter "l" law. In legal circles they don't like to talk about corruption and conspiracies, so they call it consensus. And Consensus essentially means that "this is the way that someone with enough money or power wants things to turn out"

As children we are all indoctrinated with the propaganda that as long as we obey "the law", we won't get in trouble. That is a half truth, Obey the Law and you are less likely to have trouble with the law. The fact of the matter is that if you do something legal, that the government does not like, they will retaliate. And often this retaliation takes the form of legal retaliation.

"Purpose of counter-intelligence action is to disrupt [Black Panther Party] and it is immaterial whether facts exist to substantiate the charge. If facts are present it aids in the success of the proposal but the Bureau feels … that disruption can be accomplished without facts to back it up"

Further, we are indoctrinated with the propaganda that judges are supposed to make decisions based on the facts. And still further, all communications with the Judge are supposed to be in the presence of and/or at least communicated to all of the parties in that particular legal case. The fact of the matter is that is hogwash. The attorney that represents you belongs to the same country club, golf at the same golf course, eats at the same restaurants and attends the same meetings and social events as the opposing attorney and the judge... and they do talk...

Further, the legal code is so unnecessarily complex that your attorney can be told to betray you in what the author calls "telegraphing" by the Judge. Certain legal buzzwords’, body language and rulings instruct the attorneys on how the Judge wants the case fixed. And then the attorneys, even the one you paid, rule the way the Judge wants whether it is in your best interest or not.

By now you have guessed that the propaganda that you have been indoctrinated with requiring your attorney to act to the best of their client is also a crock.

In Big letter "L" Law, phone calls or other communications are made by which the outcome of a case is determined. After that point, all the lawyers, including your own engage in "Simulated Litigation" http://bit.ly/qbEB90 to produce the result that the Powers that be demanded. Simulated litigation can include falsification of records, preventing or failing to recognize evidence entered on the official Court record, denying discovery and/or depositions, losing or destroying evidence, rewriting transcripts and/or preventing other necessary legal motions and maneuvers, etc.

With all that ground work having been said, imagine being a business owner in America, Land of the Free, Home of the brave.

Our Government has created a see of legal Anarchy by which to control us. Yes, we have free speech. For the greatest part, no official of the government is going to drag you away for expressing yourself nor prevent you from expressing yourself. But you do so at your own legal, social and economic peril.

Which brings us to the case of S&P.?

When those many financial institutions collapsed just a few months after S&P (and others) had given them clean bills of financial health, this author was moved to be anger and to call for legal action to be taken against them. But with my new found understanding of just how systemically corrupt our government is, I am somewhat more sympathetic to there conundrum.

With regard to the failure to downgrade the various financial institutions long before they collapse, I understand S&P's dilemma. First, if they downgraded these large financial clients, they would lose them as clients. But the conundrum even goes beyond that. Using Chess Move logic, shouldn't S&P have been even more afraid of Government regulatory consequences for not accurately reporting the financial institutions?

And so we want to even a few more chess move back, to try to understand why S&P did what they did. Being intelligent men, S&P must have had some conversations with their own lawyers, as well as their clients and their clients lawyers In the end, when threatened with losing the business of the clients that should have been downgraded, someone from S&P must have said to their financially distressed clients, but what happens if and when the regulatory agencies find out? And since S&P did not downgrade them, we know that one of the last chess moves must have been some reassurances that some Big Letter :"L" phone calls would be made to the regulatory commissions by the powers that be.

And so, despite the rule of law, and natural law and the potential consequences from Government Regulatory agencies, S&P did not properly downgrade the credit rating of those financial institutions that collapsed a few months before.

Having engaged in this exercise, the author's anger over all that bailout money transfers from S&P to our Government. If our elected officials did not intervene and practice big letter "L" Law with the country's regulatory agencies, it is likely all of this economic crisis and the related bailouts could have been avoided.

And now, the author can even muster some sympathy for S&P. After suffering the public backlash for failing to downgrade the afore referred to failed financial companies in a timely manner, S&P is now being punished for an investigation for downgrading the USA's credit rating?

When our Government using the legal system in this manner, What is the difference between the US Legal System and the Nazi Gestapo or the Russian KGB?... except that they have a better Public Relations firm on retainer?

How the heck does any business person navigate the legal chaos that our tyrannical government has created in abandoning the Rule of Law? Instead of making a simple choice between right and wrong, our government has forced all of us to make choices in the ever changing dynamics of who currently has and who will have the might to declare what is right until the statute of limitations expires. Clearly, under the Bush Regime the now failed financial institutions had the Might to use Big letter "L" Law to declare what was right. And now, under the Obama Regime, Obama himself has the might to declare what is right with his manipulation of the Government Regulation agencies. In both instances, it is WE THE PEOPLE that suffer. WE THE PEOPLE got to pay for the bailouts and now WE THE PEOPLE are going to get to live through the collapse of the dollar and hyper-inflation.

The tyranny is there for all to see. Our Government has departed from the Rule of Law and became systemically corrupt. The Rule of Law has been replaced by Big letter "L" Law, otherwise known as "Might Makes Right" or the "Divine Right of Kings".

Before the First Enlightenment the Devine Right of Kings prevailed. The thoughts of men were controlled by tradition, superstition, religious dogma and violent punishment. The First Enlightenment resulted in men thinking for themselves based on their own observations. And it was during this period, that the concepts of Natural Law and Natural Rights overthrew the Devine Right of Kings and replaced that principal with the Rule of Law.

But overtime, the dethroned Ruling Class has found a new way of controlling the way the general public thinks. In an adaptation to the new thinking general public, the ruling elite have developed a new way of controlling the masses. Now the ruling elite instead of dictating how people should think, feeds propaganda, censorship and indoctrination to the masses which leads them to the conclusions the ruling class desires with the benefit of the masses thinking they were free to make their own choices.

It is apparent from the belated retaliatory investigation of S&P, that S&P was not free to make it own business decisions. Instead they had to take into consideration the anarchy of the "Might Makes Right" minefield in determining what to do. And this resulted in dissemination of information that prevented WE THE PEOPLE from receiving information upon which WE THE PEOPLE could make free will decisions.

The Bush Regime did not want the general public to be panic that would be caused if S&P revealed the true financial status of the financial institutions which has now collapsed or have been bailed out. And so S&P was induced, cajoled and coerced into not reporting the true financial condition of said financial institutions.

The Obama Regime did not want the general public and world markets to panic. We know that S&P repeatedly inkled that it might downgrade the US Credit Rating long before it did. None of this occurred in a vacuum. Behind the scenes representatives of Obama tried to induce, cajole and coerce S&P into not issuing the downgrade. And when S&P did not comply, Obama ordered the retaliatory belated investigation of S&P. How would you have liked to have been the decision maker for S&P in that high pressure anarchy and chaos of that "Might Makes Right-Divine Right of Kings" dynamic?

And with the revelation that the "Powers That Be" are controlling your decisions by controlling the information you receive and rely upon to make your own decisions, that this author Welcomes you to the 2nd Enlightenment of Mankind!

NOTICE TO OUR GOVERNMENT

When you act as though you are entitled to Rule as a matter of the DEVINE RIGHT OF KINGS you deprive of us our Constitutionally guaranteed UNALIENABLE RIGHTS. Further, the anarchy and chaos you create when you depart from the Rule of Law and Natural Law creates unnecessary and intolerable stress upon all of WE THE PEOPLE and this is not acceptable. Further, it is a violation of Natural Law for you to control our thoughts, decisions and actions by regulating the information WE THE PEOPLE receive. This regulation of the information WE THE PEOPLE receive is achieved through Propaganda, Censorship and Indoctrination by our Governments Control of the Major Media and other sources of information relied upon by the general public.

The Freedom to make our own decisions and form our own perspectives of reality is a Natural, UNALIEANABLE right. Manipulating the Information WE THE PEOPLE receive in such a way to induce us to reach the conclusions that our Government wants, is a violation of our fundamental rights. The free flow of truthful, uncensored information must immediately be restored to the masses.

As importantly, the Rule of Law and Natural Law must be immediately restored, respected and abided by.

WE THE PEOPLEhope and pray that some form of restraint and respect for the proper role of the Rule of Law takes residence in the souls of our politicians, Bureaucrats and Business Barons as they reflect upon the fates of Mubarak, Hussein and Nixon, if and when revolution should come to the United States of America.
