A man was found shot to death late Friday night in Cobb County. And police are trying to determine who shot the man and why.
It was also unclear how the suspect got inside the man’s apartment home.
Officers have identified the man as Mr. Brandon Brazil, according to Cobb County police.
Around 10:45 p.m., officers got a report of shots fired in the area and responded to the Sedgefield Apartments at 1136 West Commons Lane in Marietta, police spokesman Officer Mike Bowman said.
“When they arrived, they located the body of a deceased male lying inside his apartment with apparent gunshot wounds,” Officer Bowman said.
Police have not released any details on how many times the man was shot or where in the body he was hit. It was also unclear where in the apartment he was found and if he lived alone.
