FOX 12 news has confirmed that a tip from DeDe Spicher has the police searching for missing 7-year-old Kyron Horman about a mile away from his school. The same area where they have searched before.
Although Multnomah County deputies wouldn't confirm where the tip came from, they did say they were following up on leads and tips. They searched the field near Cornelius Pass Road and a field off Cornell Road.
The grand jury met Thursday in a closed session, but sources told KGW news that they grand jury was focusing on "nailing down the exact actions of Kyron's step-mom Terri Mouton-Horman" the day Kryon went missing.
KGW news reports that at least two friends of Terri's purchased cell phones after Kyron's disappearance. KATU news reports that one of the friends was DeDe Spicher and that she purchased a prepaid cell phone at an electronic store at Lloyd Center with a fake name. During her grand jury testimony she said the phone was for herself and not for Terri.
Another friend of Terri's who has not been identified, told the grand jury that there were three phones, one for herself, one for Terri and one for DeDe. The phones were purchased and were serviced by AT&T, because Verizon had no cell phone service at Terri's home.
The grand jury testimonies continues through to next week. Chad Stively, DeDe Spicher's attorney, told Fox News he would be surprised if Terri Horman was not indicted by the grand jury in connection to Kyron's disappearance.

Did Kyron take his lunch to school and did he have on his backpack every child from kindergarden to high school always have their backpacks on no matter what was going on in their school that day. I know for a fact that after the science fair the classes still do other work and most of it will be in their backpacks and where was his lunch and who made it for him
I read that his backpack was at school. Left behind as it was. I thought it strange.
Peggy: According to what I read in another article, Kyron's backpack and jacket were placed at his desk prior to his going to another room to display his science project. The other article also stated that the backpack and jacket remained at Kyron's desk throughout that day.
Has anyone seen this covered on the show "Issues?" Last week a caller asked a very good question about Kyron's step mom and the chance that Kyron's dad is not really the baby's dad by Terri. They are covering it all more on the show tonight. Issues has been doing a very good job bringing up new angles.

If Terri H did NOT pack his lunch or made provisions for him in any way would show she was in fact planning his demise.
I wish LE would tell us more, but they just can't, otherwise the "bad guys" would be one step ahead, planning their next move.
As frustrated as we all are, imagine how Desiree must feel. We can't even begin to understand what she's going thru and even those who've lost a child tru accident or illness, having your child abducted tops them all ten fold! And if Kyron is never found, his loved ones will never have closure and the torture of this will be with them the rest of their "lives" if one can call this "living"!
I ask others to pray for Desiree and especially for Kyrons safe return, soon, Dear Lord we pray, let this terrible ordeal be over soon and we'll all watch Kyron smiling happily as he runs into his mommys arms. Is all we ask of you Lord. Amen

It was a good question. I can not believe people who say bad things about Desiree or Kaine. They have redefined restraint to me. Any Adults not cooperating 1000% should be legally prosecuted. I can't imagine what the Adults who are cooperating are going through. I live in the NE and I truly fear I would not have shown such restraint. MY PRAYERS to them both. I have a question. A week ago a tip showed up and then was removed. It was from an older Gentlemen who said he saw the car. He said a Woman with red hair and a SHOVEL was seen. Have all shovels used in her friends "gardening job" been accounted for and DNA'd. I hate to go this route but what if she harmed him?? What would be the one thing she could not buy? Who would have it. Did anyone that knew her hunt. This Gentleman said he heard a shot which Oregon is a hunting State. It was removed as the Police said they had already looked into the tip. If so why did the Gentleman feel the need to call newspaper? It was near the place they are searching. In closing, for everyday that goes by that ALL ADULTS involved do not come forward, I believe what one Gentleman said, put them in Protective Custody (terri and her friends) surrounded by Police for their safety, of course and tape every moment. Please, to Kyron's family and REAL friends and to Kyron...be well. Please.
Wud like to add: I'm embarrased to admit but...
I spoke w/ LE working on this case. I'd called tip I felt valid as I have LE background (years ago) So frustrated after leaving tip on a machine ages ago w/ no call back. But really,I should have known better, as 3,500+ tips to wade thru and me + 3,000 others asking validation.
We must pray for & trust our LE even if we don't see progress, hear breaking news or solve case. Bottom line THAT is their ONLY focus, not spending man hours returning calls will NEVER find Kyron!
Terri H looking VERY guilty, but remember, she's a CSI fanatic so she's covered her bases well. Remember Scott Peterson case took 4 months before was arrested. Humans make mistakes so is just a matter of time before she slips up or something gets uncovered. Hopefully her friends/DeDe will break & rat!
Lets trust that LE is doing their very best, most haven't taken planned vacation, working 7 days week 12+ hour days as they are very dedicated in finding Kyron ASAP.
