Miami Beach police say they have a surveillance video of Justin Bieber. The embarrassing video shows the Canadian pop star peeing in a jail cell, according to a Feb. 11 report by TMZ.

Bieber is allegedly telling cops to keep the video out of the public eye. The footage also shows the pop star getting patted down by police, which is typical protocol in an arrest.

The footage of the pat down leaked last week. It shows Bieber getting spread and patted down by a large police officer.

Bieber's lawyers are upset that the video was leaked to the public. They're asking the court to block Miami police from releasing any more footage from the pop star's famous arrest. Lawyers want to view the videos first before they get released to the public.

This isn't the first time Bieber has been seen in a negative light. Bieber has peed in public before. He was first seen peeing in a mop bucket at a New York City nightclub in July 2013. He also peed in the snow in Colorado last month.

A source told TMZ that Justin Bieber had a hard time holding his urine in the jail cell. The drunken pop star eventually relieved himself. He was also seen stumbling around and looking out of it, according to the source.
