Police on Friday released the sketch of a man who allegedly exposed himself to female shopper outside a Columbia Wal-Mart.
So far, they have not been able to capture the suspect and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.
The incident happened shortly before midnight Monday in the super center store’s parking lot at 360 Harbison Blvd., according to Columbia police.
The woman told police she was loading bags into her car when the man exposed and fondled himself in front of her, police spokeswoman Ms. Jennifer Timmons said.
She was not physically harmed in the incident, Ms. Timmons said.
The victim described the suspect as being a black male, possibly between the ages of 35 and 40-years-old with short hair.
Police believe he let the scene in a dark green, 2001 Buick or Mercury Sedan.
