Police pull over teen and show how to do burnout

A teen driver was trying to do a burnout in his dad's Mercedes-Benz SL600 when abruptly confronted by police. The police edition Dodge Charger captivates motorists around the country with it's sleek styling and bulky performance appearance. The Dodge Charger for decades has been the icon of Dukes of Hazzard and southern style, back road fun. This skit by Automobilemag.com shows us just how powerful the police edition Dodge Charger can be with the right driver behind the wheel!

The Mercedes-Benz SL600 can also be a tire roasting machine if properly driven regardless of how much technology Mercedes-Benz uses to keep traction. Simply turn off the traction control, select first gear, and apply brake and throttle in a manner that holds the vehicle in place while the back tires start to burn. The friction caused between the tires motion on the pavement causes the rubber to literally burn and smolder, creating the "burnout" effect.  This is a quick way to destroy a set of tires and brakes, but it sure is fun!

That being said, burning tires on public roadways is considered reckless driving. If you want to attempt a burnout of this fashion with out worry of legal recourse, find a private parking lot or drive. Make sure you have the owner's permission, otherwise you could face property damage charges and end up getting sued for the cost of repairing your destructive fun! Check out the following skit illustrating the power of the Dodge Charger and it's ability to roast rubber.
