A 15-year-old teen that had been reported missing from Washington D.C. was found in the home of a Metropolitan Police Department officer for the 7th District on Wednesday only days after he was arrested on pornography charges.

Police surrounded the home of Officer Marc Washington that had been arrested two days ago, for producing child pornography after taking photos of a nude teen, reports ABC News. When they entered the apartment officers found a 15-year-old girl and drugs.

"Those allegations were a blow to every good officer on the force," said Chief Cathy Lanier. "Thankfully we had a person in the community that was willing to come forward and tell us what happened."

A court affidavit stated that earlier in the week, Washington did a follow-up to a missing persons report filed last weekend. Washington was the officer who took the initial report as well as received a call from the teen’s mother requesting that her daughter be removed from the missing person’s list. Washington came to the home and talked to the teen and allegedly told her he needed to take photos of her as it was police procedure, and coerced her into taking off her clothes and underwear. After Washington left, the teen told her mother what happened and she called the police. The police have not disclosed whether the teen was the same teen that was found in Washington's apartment on Wednesday.

Washington is a seven-year veteran of the force.
