From the Washington Post:
The Prince George's County Sheriff's Office has concluded in an internal review that its deputies were justified when they shot and killed two dogs belonging to the mayor of Berwyn Heights during a July drug raid, Sheriff Michael Jackson said yesterday. ...
A sheriff's department SWAT team and county police narcotics officers burst into the mayor's home July 29 after police intercepted a 32-pound package of marijuana addressed to Trinity Tomsic, Calvo's wife.
Police cleared Calvo and Tomsic of wrongdoing, saying they were victims of a drug smuggling scheme in which drug-filled packages addressed to unsuspecting recipients were intercepted by a FedEx deliveryman.
So, the Sheriff's department investigated its own controversial conduct and found no fault?
Oh, that's a shocker.

What did you expect? Thats called the blue wall! There is a supreme court decison that: it's part of a cops job to get a conviction, therefore he has immunity for prosecution for perjury, But the cite says the jury must be told, Have you ever seen that? A police DOG has more rights than a taxpayer!!! It says on the courthouse Just-Us they hate the taxpayer, Its their system. As Janet Reno said: "the taxpayer has NO rights left, ALL rights are vested to the police.
I forgot to add: The only protection the taxpayer has is a strong ethical Sheriff, who is ELECTED, and nominally responsible to the people. We finally got one here! A great improvment. He's so good we reelected him by a landslide. Thats the way it's supposed to work!!!
The Justice Department will not let this go unpunished. There would be no investigation unless the allegations had merit. My guess is the investigation will eventually grow to numerous victims of police abuse, to include murder and civil rights violations and that the day of reckoning for the PG county police and Sherriffs Dept. is coming. The Federal Criminal Justice System works slowly, but they won't miss a thing. May these souless cowards rot forever.
