On Sunday night around 8 p.m., at least 10 people were injured following a police chase that caused a 5-vehicle crash in North Saint Louis County. Apparently, police officers spotted a stolen vehicle that resulted from a cajacking earlier that day. The officer attempted to pull over the suspect; however, he led police on a chase through the city that eventually ended in a crash with 4 other vehicles near North Grand and Florissant Road. The car accident resulted in 3 children injured and 9 adults including the suspect. They were taken to the hospital with one victim in critical condition. The suspect was taken into police custody and recovered a gun at the scene. The identity of the suspect or crash victims have not been released at this time.
