A naked man has been exposing himself in Cardiff. Four separate reports have led to the sketch pictured above. The man was nude save for a gray sweat-shirt tied around his head.
The suspected flasher is believed to be a white male, 25-30; with short, light-brown colored hair. February 12, 2013, was the date of the most recent incident occurring shortly after 11:00 p.m. in the 2200 block of Carol View Drive.
