‘Pokemon X and Y’ first Ninfia details revealed by CoroCoro (Photos)

The first details have been revealed by CoroCoro in regards to Ninfia in the upcoming Nintendo 3DS video game, “Pokemon X and Y.” According to a report by the NeoGAF forum on Feb. 12, the latest issue from the magazine revealed that the new creature is an evolved form of Eevee. Ninfia measures at 1.0m and weighs in at 23kg. You can check out a silhouette of the newly-introduced character from the magazine cover, as well as several other screens from the handheld role-playing games, in the slideshow at the top of this article.

Ninfia is the sixth new creature to be introduced to “Pokemon X and Y.” The five others include the three starters (Chespin, Fennekin and Froakie) and two legendaries (Xerneas and Yveltal).

“Pokemon X and Y” is currently in production over at the Game Freak studio. The sixth generation of “Pokemon” video games will be published by Nintendo when released exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS portable platform in North America later this year.
