The upcoming Nintendo 3DS exclusive titles, “Pokemon X” and “Pokemon Y,” may be introducing two new types of Pokemons. According to a report by Leviathyn on Feb. 16, three of the six new creatures so far may actually come from the light and sound categories. Xerneas may be a sound type while Sylveon and Yveltal could be light types. You can check out a chart explaining the light and sound speculations, as well as some screens from the handheld role-playing game, in the slideshow at the top of this article.
Xerneas and Yveltal are the two legendary Pokemons in “Pokemon X” and “Pokemon Y.” Sylveon was recently-announced as the eighth evolved form of Eevee. In addition to those three, the starters were also announced for the game: Chespin, Fennekin and Froakie.
“Pokemon X” and “Pokemon Y” are currently in development at the Game Freak studio. The two handheld role-playing games will be released by Nintendo later this year in North America. You can pre-order the titles in the following link: “Pokemon X” and “Pokemon Y”
