Additional details have been revealed in regards to the Celebi, who is being offered as a gift in the recently-released Nintendo 3DS exclusive video games, “Pokemon X” and “Pokemon Y.” According to a report from Rocket Punch on Dec. 20, the legendary monster comes with a distinctive maneuver that makes it easier to capture other creatures in the wild.

Celebi has an attack called Hold Back, which leaves the opposition with 1HP. Since the success rate of capturing a pocket monster mainly involves removing as many health points as possible, the move should help players.

According to Siliconera, Celebi would also come with the Heal Bell, Recover and Safeguard abilities. The legendary pocket monster, who first debuted with the second generation of “Pokemon” video games, will start at level 10 in “Pokemon X” and “Pokemon Y.”

To acquire Celebi, players must download and use two upcoming applications for the Nintendo 3DS by Sept. 30, 2014. The “Pokemon Bank” offers a cloud storage solution for the pocket monsters on your team while the “Poke Transporter” gives you the ability to move creatures you obtained from the previous installments of the franchise into the new titles.
