Sugar is a killer. Everyone knows that the stuff that tastes so good is not so beneficial to our bodies. Diabetes is almost a silent epidemic. I could go on and write this article about this condition which kills, maims, and blinds people, and how mainstream medicine is milking this cash cow for all it's worth, but that's a topic for another day. Today I want to talk about a replacement for sugar. People thought that if you built a better mousetrap, the world would beat a path to your door. I doubt it. But they might do it for a sweetener which provides the ecstasy of sugar, is affordable, and does not promote diabetes. Scientists provided such a substance which was approved in 1981, the same year IBM came out with their Personal Computer. It was approved for liquids in 1983. It was called by names such as NutraSweet, Equal, and more. It really didn't have the great taste of sugar, but people tolerated it because it was touted as a dietary aid which would help people keep their school age figures. Ironically research has shown that aspartame does not help with weight loss but actually encourages weight gain. Multiple sclerosis (MS), ALS, Memory loss, Hormonal problems, Hearing loss, Epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Hypoglycemia, Dementia, Neuroendocrine disorders, and Brain lesions are other conditions being attributed by some researchers to Aspartame.
God created our bodies as finely tuned machines. Even a slight tweak in the inner workings of such a machine can be a recipe for malfunction. Why deviate from the things that God provided for us to eat with chemical concoctions whipped up in some laboratory by people trying to be rich and famous? The following article claims aspartame is the most dangerous of the many that we add to our foods.

Milk of animals has been a staple food for centuries, especially for children. The Promised Land was also referred to as the Land of Milk and Honey. I personally used to drink about a half gallon a day. Then I discovered I have lactose intolerance and switched to soy milk. Later I read about some adverse effects of excessive soy and switched again to coconut and almond milks. My hunch is that milk from the breasts of animals, meant for nourishing their young, is more beneficial to human youngsters than the milk created from nuts and grains, but I might be wrong. Cow's milk can be produced in cold climates whereas coconuts can't tolerate any frigid climes and almonds have a limited range as well (though much wider than coconuts). However such crops are seasonal. Milk not only can be but must be extracted from cows every day of the year.
We know that disease has been spread via milk. Louis Pasteur made a claim to fame when he developed a process to kill harmful bacteria within beverages such as milk through a special heating process that killed the little nasties like Salmonella, Listeria, Yersinia, Campylobacter, Staphylococcus aureus and e-coli. Doesn't sound like Pasteurization is something people would complain about. But it turns out that the heating process kills a lot of the good stuff and that milk has built in antimicrobial properties before the heating process. Thus milk that is produced in clean conditions where care is taken to prevent the bacteria from getting into the milk at the dairy is actually healthier than the sanitized stuff. There are vitamins and enzymes and beneficial bacteria which are destroyed with the super heating process. Some people are opting to drink it raw as a result. But the government doesn't like people doing this. The FDA and USDA have actually raided farms with swat teams and poured out milk and intimidated the farmers. There is even a movie out on the topic entitled Farmageddon which you can check out here; http://farmageddonmovie.com/
Here are several links to articles about raids.

It's ironic that alcohol and tobacco are known to cause illness and potentially death, the same as contaminated raw milk, but these substances are legal. Those substances are always loaded whereas milk is only a problem when the bad bacteria are present.
Now you might be impatiently wondering what milk has to do with aspartame. I would certainly wonder. Milk does not need sweetening. Why would they add aspartame to a beverage consumed mostly by children (and without including it on the label)? Your guess is as good as mine. So let's get this straight – the FDA does not like people drinking milk the way God made it but it OK with drinking it laced with a known poison. Is anyone else getting the idea that people are being jerked around and their lives jeopardized so someone can make more money or perhaps overuse their power? There is a conspiracy theory afoot that some powerful organization is trying to reduce the population of the Earth. Could this be one of their strategies?
