According to the Huffington Post, Matthew Dollarhide, from Orange City, Florida, pocket dialed 911 during a conversation he was having about drugs with someone else. Dispatchers listened in to the conversation and alerted the police about it. They told the police one of the names was Harry. Police later pulled over a Harry’s tow truck.
Police were alerted at 9:42 PM last Tuesday and the dispatchers then sent them to the location where the cell phone signal was coming from. Harry, the 19 year old tow truck driver, was very surprised to see police pulling him over. Once they pulled him over, they found a crack pipe in the truck and he was arrested for drug paraphernalia.
This is why you put a lock on your phone so you don’t accidentally call anyone you don’t want to and they won’t hear what you are talking about. Watch out people, pocket dialing may lead to an arrest if they over hear something they shouldn’t.
