PlayhouseSquare announces smash KeyBank Broadway Series season

At a gala launch party in the Palace Theatre at PlayhouseSquare the 2014-2015 KeyBank Broadway Series was officially announced tonight by Senior Vice President of Theater Operations, Gina Vernaci to a crowd of 2,000 plus eager patrons. Along with the announcement of shows was the news that the KeyBank Broadway Series has to date 29,266 season ticket subscribers making it the largest group of its kind in the world.

Along with the show announcements, those in attendance were treated by a selection of musical numbers by the Broadway cast of “MoTown, The Musical” which had audience members clapping and grooving along with the music.

Once you see next year’s line-up you will understand why this is. PlayhouseSquare is bringing the best touring Broadway shows right here to Cleveland, Ohio including rhythm and blues, dance, something for the holidays, some naughty two steeping, some naughtier footwear and a fairy tale come true.

Season tickets to the 2014-2015 KeyBank Broadway Series at PlayhouseSquare are now available by calling 216-640-8800 or online at
www.PlayhouseSquare.org/broadway. Season ticket packages range from $70-$610 each with monthly payment plans available.

Also on the schedule for PlayhouseSquare is the U.S. Bank Star Performance Series that includes “Stomp” playing January 16-18, 2015, “Beauty and the Beast” playing April 24-26, 2015 and “Live On Stage, I Love Lucy” playing May 15-17, 2015.
