Los Angeles, Calif. - On Wednesday, 2011 Playboy Playmate of the Year, Claire Sinclair, spoke out about the argument she had with boyfriend Marston Hefner, which resulted in his arrest.
“We had just freshly moved into the apartment, and I know Marston was a little stressed out about it, and Marston has been unstable throughout the whole course of our relationship... and we got into an argument about something really silly and it kind of escalated and it became violent,” Sinclair told E! News regarding the Feb. 12 fight.

She said he kicked her, which sent her falling backwards – and then followed that up with a punch.
“...I scratched him to defend myself. It was very shocking,” the model noted.
Sinclair, 20, also asserted that she believes nobody has reached out to her, saying “It's more like, cover it up and protect the image... I understand. It's family.”
Marston, 21, is the eldest son of Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner. Nonetheless, Sinclair believes she deserves an apology for what took place and during the interview, showed the tabloid outlet a large bruise on her arm.
On Feb. 14, she posted a photo of herself prominently displaying the bruised arm on her Twitter page.
She also told E! that this is not the first incident of domestic violence that has occurred during her relationship with Marston. Sinclair was granted an emergency restraining order against him to allow her to move out of the apartment they share.
The Playboy heir was arrested on charges of domestic abuse Sunday night, but left jail confines after posting bail in the amount of $20,000.
