Los Angeles, Calif. - On Tuesday, Playboy Playmate of the Year for 2011, Claire Sinclair, posted a photo of herself on Twitter looking bruised and battered just two days after her boyfriend of six months, Marston Hefner, was arrested for domestic violence.
The oldest son of Playboy mogul, Hugh Hefner, Marston allegedly kicked and punched Sinclair Sunday night, according to what she told police.

Marston told police he and Sinclair, 20, were fighting, but said he did not lay a hand on her.
Police, however, noted that Sinclair had red marks and bruises on her body.
On Valentine's Day, Sinclair not only posted the photo of herself on Twitter showing a bruise on her arm and what appears to be abrasions on her lip, but also wrote that the image is intended to raise awareness about domestic violence.
She also noted, “I was offered money from several media outlets for photos & interviews. I have not and will not accept a cent regarding this case."
The Playboy heir was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor domestic violence, but left jail confines after posting $20,000 bail, TMZ reports.
