Los Angeles, Calif. - Claire Sinclair, Playboy's Playmate of the Year for 2011, has filed an emergency restraining order against her boyfriend, Marston Hefner.
The Playboy model told TMZ that she was given an order that requires Marston to keep his distance for five days so she could move out of the apartment they share.

Law enforcement sources told The Daily Mail that the restraining order is actually only valid for three days.
Sinclair, 20, told police that Marston, 21 – the son of Playboy mogul, Hugh Hefner – kicked and punched her during a fight Sunday night.
Marston admitted the two had been in a fight, but told police he never hit Sinclair.
Police saw Sinclair had bruises and red marks on her body, thus, Marston was arrested on charges of domestic abuse. He posted bail in the amount of $20,000 and was released from jail.
On Tuesday, Sinclair posted a photo of herself on Twitter, which shows a large bruise on her arm and what appears to be abrasions on her lips.
