Sorry Ronda Rousey, you are no longer the sexiest women in professional MMA.

The Lingerie Fighting Championships announced today the signing of Boston beauty Karmen Moon. The Playboy model and host of NESN's 'Model Behavior' will make her professional MMA debut at LFC20 in November 2014.

"I'm really excited to join the LFC," Moon says. "I've been training really hard and can't wait to step into the cage. I'm sooo ready to kick some ass!"

LFC President Michelle Blanchard describes Moon as a great fit for the controversial league. "She's got all the attributes we look for in a new fighter. Not only is she beautiful, she's been training MMA for years and can flat out fight."

Blanchard says she's seeing a growing trend of models using MMA (mixed martial arts) as part of their training regiment. "Obviously it leads to an awesome body, but you can only train to fight for so long before you want to fight, want to see if you can really do it."

That was the case with Blanchard herself who began learning Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu to keep in top shape while playing in the Lingerie Football League. Last year she made her MMA debut at LFC18 in Las Vegas and walked away with a 2nd round victory.

"I don't see any reason Karmen couldn't do the same," Blanchard says. "She comes into this with a great skill set and a tremendous will to win. I think some people are going to be surprised at how tough a Playboy model can be."

LFC20 will be carried by more than 1000 cable systems worldwide. Check local listings for date and time. Past events are available via iN DEMAND HERE. Learn more about LFC at
