Playboy model and DWTS' Joanna Krupa reveals exercise and diet secrets (VIDEO)

Playboy magazine has bagged Polish-American model and Dancing with the Stars contestant Joanna Krupa for the December cover in what is reported to be her "most unique sexy shoot to date".

But at 30 years old, how does Joanna stay sleek, trim and fresh-faced...and knockin' it out every week on her dancing show?

Managing her physical nature with intense cardio sessions, Krupa admits staying in shape and eating smart is "an issue" for someone who doesn't care to do any of the above. 

"Staying or getting in shape is an issue when you are like me and like to eat and don't care for daily workouts," she said on her website in a past response to fans.

"I‘m not big on breakfast, but don’t wanna miss out on nutrients!" she says to her fans, "So I usually have a shot of Mona Vie in the morning…It’s an Acai juice. Cleanses and really keeps your appetite under control while giving you some good amount of antioxidants."

Explaining the ins-and-outs of her daily plate, Joanna explains she eats 95% Fish-tarian and feels "good without meat".

"If I have a strong craving for meat, I have a steak," she says. "But interestingly enough my craving for meat is decreasing."

Adding, "I indulge in sushi and salads and seafood dishes and - once in a while I allow myself also some French fries or pancakes," she says. Her diet secret? "Key is," she says. "To not make that a daily habit. In the evening I usually go out for dinner and eat pretty much what I want…BUT watch the portion and carb intake," she warns adding she never eats past 6pm. 

Joanna balances out the professional grind with a little safe partying from time to time, too. "As for alcohol," she says. "When it’s party-time I like my vodka!"

"Obviously its lower calorie than Wine, champagne or sugar-loaded cocktails. The super light version of a little buzz is Vodka with diet coke."

Continuing to plug the products she loves best, Joanna says her workout wonder saver is her Power Plate, which can be yours for a bit under 5K. 

"Just 20 min one time a week gets me the result I need to stay in shape," she writes, assuring fans it's not a hoax. "No, I am NOT kidding you…it’s Hollywood’s best kept secret to stay or get in shape fast."

And when she can't get to the stage for a dance-off or to her Power Plate, Joanna says a little spray tan does the trick. 

"For an additional slimming touch, add a spray-on tan," she hints. "Cause a tanned body always looks slimmer."
