Unequal Technologies and NFL MVP Kurt Warner have partnered up to introduce the Play It Safe Initiative for youth football. They will present their claim at a Press Conference on Tuesday, October 8th at the Unequal Technologies Headquarters, located at 10 LaCrue Avenue, Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.
With concussion awareness being one of the most important topics, the Pennsylvania-based protective gear provider, Unequal Technologies (UT), and state officials are partnering in order to tackle the issue of safety protection head on. UT is the leading provider of customized, concealed protection.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony for Pennsylvania-based Unequal Technologies’ new headquarters will precede the press conference at 9:45 a.m. The 10:00 until 11:00 press conference that they have coordinated will host Kurt Warner, NFL player and Super Bowl Most Valuable Player in addition to other key state dignitaries.
Once they launch this Play It Safe initiative for youth football league and athletes in the Pennsylvania area, then across the entire country, Kurt Warner, state dignitaries and Unequal CEO Rob Vito will conduct a Q&A session once the initiative is launched. Afterward, Unequal will make the press conference available for online viewing pleasure. It will appear at www.unequal.com/PlayItSafe.
Warner is a father of seven. He has a firsthand perspective on youth football protection. He discovered Unequal and wants to discuss with the public why he is so excited about their latest innovations in protective gear. He believes that their gear will protect his own children while they play football just like their daddy.
Unequal Technologies’ CEO Rob Vito will showcase the latest protective products. The products will protect both the head and the body of football players. Vito will also overview the Play It Safe Initiative. There will also be product demos available featuring all the new gear. The products contain the same military-grade protection fortified with Kevlar® and Accelleron® that is worn by thousands of professional and collegiate athletes.
The other speakers that have been invited plan to discuss the concussion epidemic that youth sports players are facing today. They will share plans for the rollout of the Play It Safe program. Additionally, Unequal Technologies and Schuylkill Valley Sports will host a public meet-and-greet and autograph signing with Kurt Warner at the retailer’s Exton, Pennsylvania location, beginning at 4:30 p.m. EST on Tuesday, October 8th.
