Play golf and defend your cigar rights

Cigar Rights of America has announced that the first ever CRA Valley of the Sun golf tournament is coming up on Friday, May 2 at Legacy Golf Club.

Besides playing golf to benefit one of the primary organizations defending your cigar rights, you will enjoy premium cigars, fine food and top shelf spirits. Included in the cost of registration are premium beverages at check-in, range balls, 18 holes of golf with a cart, open beverage carts throughout play, a selection of premium cigars as well as a goodie bag of golf and cigar related items.

During the event there will be a hole-in-one contest, with a Harley-Davidson motorcycle valued at $15,000 on the line.

Following the event, there will be a steak dinner with a premium open bar, as well as a cigar rolling exhibition.

Throughout the event, you'll have the chance to meet, speak and play with cigar makers and blenders, as well as be a part of raffles and drawings for money, free rounds of golf, golf equipment, cigars, cigar swag and more.

Each participant will also receive a one-year membership to Cigar Rights of America, with current members having their membership extended by one year.

It costs $200 per person to play in the tournament, and registration is currently open online. Check-in starts at 12:30 pm, with a shotgun start at 1:30 pm. Legacy Golf Club is located at 6808 S. 32nd St. in Phoenix.
