“We’ve brought in a latest generation HD machine that includes a Video Swing Analysis module. It uses high-speed cameras (120 frames per second) with special wide-angle lenses to capture data. The video playback will always be sharp and easy for players and our instructor Jaret Connolly to review,” said Donald Prezeau, owner of Virtual Sports Zone.

“Golfers looking to achieve lower scores this offseason can book one hour sessions with Jaret for a fee of $45 per hour. He is a certified member of the Canadian Golf Teachers Federation.”

Meanwhile, Virtual Sports Zone has eight simulators in total waiting for players to enjoy themselves on with friends or in leagues this winter.

“We have five HD, two FullSwing Golf and one Visiotics simulator,” said Prezeau. “In addition to daily screen fees, we also have leagues for men and women on Tuesdays and Thursdays and special seniors rates.”

Golf lovers of every ability level from Orleans, Cumberland and Rockland are able to select from a line-up of 60 world-renowned courses.

Here are the screen fees:

  • HD simulators: $20 per person, nine holes - $30 per person, 18 holes
  • Full Swing simulators: $18 per person, nine holes - $25 per person, 18 holes
  • Visiotics simulator: $10 per hour
